What will your role be?

As a Coating Operatorwithin Bradken Lima (Linings S.A.)’s Production team, you will take on a technical, hands-on role in our fabrication shop. In this role, you willperform rubber lining on linersin line with currentcodes, specifications, and standards, ensuring work is carried outsafely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform all lining tasksrequired by the area lead, according towork orders.
• Laminate rubber on the mill and prepare mixes as needed to execute tasks.
• Communicate and work closely with Quality Control.
• Support general workshop requirementsand maintainorder and cleanliness.
• Maintain a safe work environment, complying with labor practices andhealth, safety, and environmental standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: High school.
• Employment certificate in a similar role.
• At least 1 year of experience in rubber lining.
• Knowledge of lining types, rubber milling/lamination, materials, metrology, calculations, quality control, and ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings.
• Operation of power tools (grinder, angle grinder, etc.).

Skills & competencies:

• Ability to handle multiple tasksandtight deadlines.
• Ability to interpret technical information and instructions.
• Effective teamwork, withorganization, planning, and attention to detail.
