What you’ll do: Take full accountability for the overall performance of the store, delivering exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, compliance, and profitability.

Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team, creating a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. Take ownership of the store's commercial performance, driving sales growth, maximising profitability, and delivering financial targets through effective management of labour, stock, waste, and other controllable costs.

Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong customer relationships, and creating a welcoming environment for colleagues and customers alike. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning to build a skilled, capable and future-focused team. Ensure the highest standards of food safety, health & safety, compliance and cleanliness are consistently maintained across the store.

Use performance data and commercial insights to identify opportunities, drive improvement, and enhance operational and financial results. Maintain excellent store standards, product availability, and brand compliance while building strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and the local community. What’s in it for you?

What we are looking for

Proven leadership experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
