What You'll Do

As an Internet Sales Consultant, you'll connect with customers who are actively shopping for their next vehicle, help them find the right fit, and deliver an exceptional buying experience from their first inquiry through delivery.

Your responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming internet leads, phone calls, texts, and emails. Build relationships with prospective customers through consistent communication and follow-up. Schedule appointments and welcome customers to the dealership. Assist customers with vehicle selection, product demonstrations, and test drives.

Present vehicle pricing, financing options, and available incentives. Utilize our CRM and digital sales tools to manage customer relationships and opportunities. Stay informed on Ford products, technology, incentives, and current inventory. Work alongside the sales and management teams to achieve individual and dealership goals.

Deliver a customer experience that generates repeat business and referrals.
