A team member at DosBros typically will: ✔ Preparing real food by hand every day — burritos, bowls, toppings, etc. ✔ Serving customers in the front line or at the register. ✔ Operating various stations (grill, cash register, prep, salsa, expo). ✔ Maintaining cleanliness of workstations and dining areas. ✔ Following food safety and sanitation procedures. Skills & Attributes ✔ Customer Service Oriented – Friendly attitude and good communication. ✔ Team Player – Able to work collaboratively and support colleagues. ✔ Fast-Paced Environment Readiness – Handles busy restaurant pace. ✔ Basic Math Skills – For cash handling and register use. ✔ Ability to Stand/Move Frequently – Physical stamina required. Physical & Work Conditions • Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. • Work in a fast food/fast casual environment with shift flexibility (evenings/ weekends).

Pay: $12 - $14 per hour
