Branch Manager [FDM]

Description Mortgage Loan Originator Branch Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our mortgage lending team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the mortgage loan branch, ensuring team productivity and compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the branch’s market share
• Oversee the loan origination process from application to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients
• Recruit, train, and mentor loan officers and support staff to achieve individual and team goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
• Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a mortgage loan originator and branch manager or similar leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending regulations, and compliance standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop strategic plans and execute business development initiatives
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Valid mortgage license and relevant certifications as required by state and federal regulations
