IT Business Analyst

Job Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate and complete activities related to the Corporate Information System team project works. Provide the first level of support to the Business Intelligence project. Maintain a log for all the issues logged and track the logs by the relevant Service Level Agreement. Create specifications for reports, data and analysis based on business needs.

Develop an understanding of the business processes in place that drive data entry into our systems. Perform a variety of project administrative duties, including disseminating project information.

Job Requirements Must posses at least diploma qualification in relevant field Knowledge of MS SQL Server, Oracle, Netezza. Experience with MicroStrategy, Informatica,tableau and MDM or similar tools. understanding of relational database and business intelligence concepts
