IT Operations Engineer

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview Solid understanding of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), structured cabling, and fiber connectivity Hands-on experience in structured cabling standards and fiber routing/coordination Working knowledge of access control systems and building-related IT technologies Knowledge of IP telephony systems configuration and administration Understanding of endpoint management, device compliance, and security best practices Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity concepts Familiarity with mall technologies such as Footfall solution, POS systems, guest Wi-Fi, and digital signage Experience coordinating with vendors and telecom providers Basic understanding of ERP systems and first-level application support
