Plant Superintendent

The Plant Superintendent will assist the Plant Manager with managing safety, quality, housekeeping and efficiency in the production, scheduling & shipping departments. The Superintendent will serve as a team leader of the supervision crew. They will provide guidance and motivation to the production supervisors. They will actively cooperate with the customer service, design, and sales teams.

The superintendent will make production related decisions in the plant managers place when the plant manager is unavailable.
