Part Time Soccer Officials

General Definition of Work Position responsible for officiating of youth and adult soccer leagues and tournaments offered by the Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department up to and including: Adult Indoor Soccer League Girls & Boys Youth Soccer Leagues Girls & Boys Youth Soccer Tournaments Essential Functions Be at assigned game sites at least fifteen minutes before scheduled game time.

Conduct all pre and post-game duties (meet team captains/coaches, rule interpretations, game summary sheets). Officiate games and enforce the rules of the game. Ensure the safety of all participants. Secure hazardous-free playing area. Conduct yourself in a respectful, confident, and secure manner. The City of Cape Girardeau reserves the right to notify only those individuals selected for an interview as to the status of their application for employment.
