Plant Manager

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations, the Manager Plant is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, managing costs and leading personnel. Generally, directs the plant through supervision, sharing information, and taking or directing corrective action as required.
