Production Line lead

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Production Line Leader will work under the supervision of the Production Manager assisting with production line needs. In addition, the Production Line Leader will oversee a group of production packers and loaders on the production line. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee production line to ensure standards are met Verify that products are being produced and packaged in accordance to specifications Assist with training new production employees Quickly troubleshoot issues and keep production line moving efficiently Review, check and sign off on work completed by production employees Communicate with Production Manager on any line issues Other duties as assigned

Pay: $18 per hour

Requirements

Previous production line lead or leadership experience is required; Direct produce experience is preferred but not required; Must have the physical ability to read labels efficiently; Must have basic math skills; Must have excellent communication & teamwork skills; Must have a strong sense of detail and observation skills; Must be willing to work with and manage a diverse workforce
