Job description
Equipment Condition Assessment: Proficient in conducting visual inspections, vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and other diagnostic tests. Ability to identify signs of wear, misalignment, corrosion, and performance degradation. Skilled in interpreting equipment manuals, specifications, and historical maintenance records.
Familiarity with predictive and preventive maintenance methodologies. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
