Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure smooth and efficient service. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs. Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Collaborate with the culinary team to design menus and special promotions. Maintain inventory and order supplies to meet operational needs. Qualifications
