• Food Service, Job Description The Cook I will be responsible for preparing the menu following the established recipes and guidelines set by the organization, process customer orders in a timely manner, and adjust the menu items according to customer requests. This individual follows all guidelines and regulations for food handling and safety. They will maintain a clean and orderly work station. Additional responsibilities include preparing food each day and washing dishes each shift. This is an entry level position requiring 0-1 years of experience.

Responsibilities

(not limited to): Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and cooked to meet guidelines/regulations for food safety. Follow recipes for all menu items Maintain a clean and safe working area at all times Prepare food each day for that shift as well as the next day’s shift Accommodate guests special requests in regards to dietary or preference needs Operate kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, oven, etc.

Maintain an open and clear line of communication with FOH staff and management.
