Patient Care Technician

Warmly and professionally greet all patients and visitors Promptly and professionally answer, screen and direct all incoming calls. Monitor and assist with Patient Experience including waiting times, waiting room, patient bathrooms etc. Strictly adheres to policies and procedures related to diagnostic investigations and reports.

Prepare patients and assist the registered nurse or physician with examinations and procedures. Ensure medical equipment, beds, and clinical areas are prepared for the delivery of services. Check medical supplies and inventory levels daily and perform preventative maintenance checks to ensure that all medical equipment is operating effectively.

Maintain current certifications in Basic Life Support and advanced Cardiac Life Support. Support the Physician and other team members as needed to ensure quality healthcare. Help to maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by complying with company standards and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
