Requirements

Active CA Therapy License & 1+ years of licensed experience. Valid driver's license, reliable transit, and auto insurance. Current CPR certification and professional liability Insurance. Recent physical exam (within 2 years) and TB clearance. Active EIN and business license/city tax certificate. About GSTS: Both co-owners are a DPT & PTA team with combined 20 years of home health patient care experience.
