IT Engineer (6 Months Contract)

Job Purpose The IT Engineer (6-month contract) will support our Maintenance PC Operations team to ensure our endpoint systems remain secure, compliant, and fully operational without disrupting daily business activities.

Responsibilities

Assist in deploying, testing, and verifying monthly Windows updates across client endpoints to maintain system stability and compliance. Antivirus & Security Updates: Monitor and ensure Microsoft Defender (and other enterprise security agents) definitions are updated across all devices. Software Installation & Deployment: Perform standard and customized software installations,upgrades, and troubleshooting for end-user workstations.

General Operations & BAU Support: Support day-to-day desktop maintenance tasks,hardware/software troubleshooting, and endpoint provisioning.

Qualifications

& Work Experience Hands-on experience with Windows OS administration and client-side troubleshooting. Basic understanding of endpoint management concepts, patch deployment, and enterpriseantivirus (Microsoft Defender).
