• Nights Ace Wrecker, a division of Guardian Fleet Services Location: Ace Wrecker, Orlando, FL, 32839 Position Overview Ace Wrecker Service is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Taker for our 24/7 dispatch center. In this role, you'll answer incoming calls, gather information from customers, and enter service requests for towing and roadside assistance. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls in a professional manner. Gather accurate information for towing, recovery, and roadside service requests. Enter service requests into our dispatch system. Verify customer, vehicle, and location information. Communicate call details to dispatchers. Provide updates and assistance to customers as needed.

Maintain accurate records and call notes. Follow company procedures and protect confidential information.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer and data-entry skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Availability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous call center, dispatch, customer service, or administrative experience.

Experience with towing, roadside assistance, or transportation operations is a plus.
