College and Career Access Coordinator

The College & Career Access Coordinator plays a critical role in the cradle-through-college and careers mission of Children’s Aid Community Schools by ensuring high-quality, data-driven college and career readiness programs are available to and utilized by high school age program participants to reduce the barriers to a successful transition to life post high school.

The College & Career Access Coordinator reports directly to the Community School Director, works collaboratively with Beacon Program Director, Youth Advocates, and other site-based staff. The College & Career Access Coordinator will work closely with Frederick Douglass Academy III (FDA III) Leadership and instructional staff to effectively support our students.
