Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor designs accordingly. Work closely with leading corporate jewellery brands. Provide regular updates on market trends, customer preferences, and industry innovations. Lead and manage the merchandising team. Provide expertise on new industry developments to enhance offerings for existing clients. Innovate and create new jewelry styles aligned with current market trends. Stay abreast of emerging design aesthetics and consumer preferences. Conduct thorough research and development on jewelry designs Collaborate with the production team to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of designs. Analyse market feedback and adjust designs accordingly.
Requirements
Any Design Graduate 8+ years of experience in jewellery merchandising & managing corporate clients Innovative Design Creation Trend Analysis as per export/domestic market Research and Development (R&D) Global Market Awareness Client Engagement and Collaboration Excellent communication and negotiation skills Excel is Must & Knowledge of Jewellery Software will be added advantage Benefits Budget
