David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a global customer experience company supporting a well-known payments and financing brand that is seeking to onboard two German-speaking Advisors to join their team in Athens. The role is customer support over the phone, helping customers with payment and financing queries, checkout options and finance agreements.

Position: Customer Service Representative (German) Location: Athens, Greece Work model: On-site Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide customer support via inbound phone calls, handling payment and financing enquiries Guide customers through checkout options and finance-agreement processes Resolve refunds, chargebacks, billing and account-verification queries Ensure secure and accurate case handling Document calls precisely Follow compliance and escalation procedures to achieve timely resolutions REQUIREMENTS: Native/near-native level of German English at C1 level, both written and spoken High school diploma Customer service skills, including complaint handling, troubleshooting, problem solving and strong communication EU citizenship Based in Athens or willing to relocate (relocation candidates must already hold a Greek AFM and AMKA) Available for on-site work in Athens on rotational shifts BENEFITS: Easter and Summer bonuses Meal allowance Health insurance from the hire date 1.
