Associate Director Credit & Asset Management

The Associate Director, Credit & Asset Management is responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of complex commercial real estate debt investments, including construction, transitional, and stabilized assets. This role serves as a key client-facing partner, providing strategic oversight of asset performance, covenant compliance, financial reporting, funding administration, and stakeholder communication.

The position requires strong analytical capabilities, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, borrowers, lenders, and external advisors.
