Sports Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian (Part-Time)

About the role

As our Sports Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian, you will assess patients’ nutritional needs, design individualized meal plans, and provide lifestyle coaching to support body composition optimization, athletic performance, weight loss, hormone balance, and long-term metabolic health. The role involves both in-person consultations (Pasadena) and virtual visits .

You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to educational content, collaborate on treatment protocols, and help shape the future of integrative, performance-based nutrition within a fast-growing longevity clinic.

What you'll do

Conduct nutrition assessments for patients undergoing hormone, peptide, and GLP-1 based therapies Create customized meal plans based on patient labs, body composition goals, fitness level, and medical history Provide education on macronutrient cycling, metabolic flexibility, gut health, inflammation, and performance nutrition Collaborate with providers to integrate nutrition into broader hormone and wellness protocols Monitor patient progress and adjust plans accordingly during follow-up consultations Offer lifestyle coaching on sleep, hydration, nutrient timing, and supplement strategies Stay current on the latest in sports nutrition, metabolic health, peptides, and functional medicine Optional: Contribute to patient education materials, blog posts, or wellness classes Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field (Master’s preferred) Registered Dietitian (RD) credential or board certification in Sports Nutrition (CSSD or similar) Strong interest or experience in hormone optimization, sports nutrition, peptide therapy, and weight loss medicine Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using EMR and telehealth platforms Passion for personalized, root-cause, and performance-driven care Preferred Expereience Experience working with athletes, fitness professionals, or weight loss patients Familiarity with GLP-1 medications , body composition optimization , or functional lab interpretation Background in longevity, wellness, or performance medicine is a plus Benefits (For Full-Time Employees) 401(k) Dental insurance for the employee and dependent(s) Employee discount on clinic services and treatments Flexible spending account (FSA) Free parking at clinic location Health insurance for the employee and dependent(s) Health savings account (HSA) Life insurance On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement within a growing practice Paid sick time (Available for part-time employees) Paid time off (PTO) including vacation and holidays Profit sharing Vision insurance for the employee and dependent(s) Wellness program Benefits (For Part-Time Employees) Employee discount on clinic services and treatments Free parking at clinic location Malpractice Insurance Paid sick time Paid training Wellness program Schedule 8-hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed (based on patient demand or special events) Flexible schedule for both in person and remote work Part-time with potential to expand to full-time Why Join Us?
