Supply Chain Administrator

COMPENSATION

$22 - $24/hr + incentive eligible PURPOSE: This position is responsible for providing administrative support to Supply Chain and Commercial team personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

& RESPONSIBILITIES (performs other duties as assigned): Creates and maintains item codes as needed. Maintains and distributes a variety of reports. Updates to various system parameters in ERP system. Supports review process of test reports for electronic storage. Review Supply Chain inboxes and action as needed. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma 1 -3 years of previous general office experience Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize your workload and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to maintain effective working relationships and perform within a team environment.
