Permanent NY Floater – WC

The Permanent Northeast Floater provides experienced claims support across New York, assuming temporary responsibility for diverse caseloads and clients as business needs arise. This role manages complex and high-visibility workers’ compensation claims within delegated authority, determines benefits due, works closely with case managers and attorneys, partners with subrogation and negotiates settlements.

The position ensures customer service requirements are met while achieving optimal claim outcomes, supporting both client expectations and the goals of the Cor. Vel claims department.
