The ideal candidate will have 13-15 years of experience in the store department, with a proven track record of managing store activities efficiently. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement store strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity. Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels. Lead and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence. Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven experience in store management, with a minimum of 13-15 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership and communication skills.
