• Rhame, North Dakota Western Prairie Processing is seeking a motivated, dependable leader to join our team in Rhame, ND. This position is ideal for someone with experience in grain handling, grain elevator operations, industrial maintenance, millwright work, management, or a combination of these skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping our facility operating safely and efficiently while helping maintain equipment and supporting daily grain handling operations.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor grain receiving, storage, and loadout systems Assist with grain quality control and inventory management Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyors, elevators, bearings, motors, and related equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime Maintain a safe and clean work environment Assist with seasonal harvest operations and other facility needs Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a grain elevator, feed mill, processing plant, or similar industrial environment Millwright, mechanical maintenance, welding, or fabrication experience Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Management experience What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable, year-round employment Opportunity for advancement and increased responsibility Small-team environment where your contributions make a direct impact
