Role Overview We are looking for a Patient Navigator to join our team which is responsible for handling all patient communications and coordinating with other teams to resolve issues with their prescriptions. You will be successful in this role if you know how to problem solve efficiently and identify the root cause of a problem, be an empathetic communicator, and demonstrate a history of reliability.
You will act as a key point of contact for patients, helping them understand what’s happening, what to expect next, and ensuring their issues are followed through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients via phone, email, and messaging to provide updates and support
- Help patients understand prescription status, insurance requirements, and next steps
- Triage patient issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them
- Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution
- Document all interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems
- Escalate urgent or complex cases when needed
- Assist with basic operational tasks such as documentation and coordination
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and patient-first approach in all interactions What We’re Looking For - 1–3+ years of experience in customer support, patient services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle conversations with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Organized and detail-oriented with good documentation habits Nice to Have
- Healthcare-related experience (patient coordination, insurance, scheduling, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, EHRs, or ticketing platforms Work Details
