Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager for Hunters Crossing Apartments is responsible for overseeing all maintenance and service operations at the property level to ensure assets are maintained in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner. This role provides leadership to the maintenance team, executes preventative maintenance programs, responds to service requests and emergencies, and ensures compliance with life-safety, regulatory, and company standards.

The Maintenance Manager partners closely with Operations leadership to protect property value, control costs, and support resident satisfaction.
