Description Program Office Assistant We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Office Assistant to support our project management team. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating project activities, meetings, and schedules

  • Maintain and update project files, databases, and tracking systems
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing supplies Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in project management is a plus
  • Proven experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
