Project Architect

Key Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate architectural documentation from concept design through construction administration. Prepare construction documents and technical details using Revit. Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, lighting designers, and specialty consultants to ensure integrated project delivery. Assist in resolving design and technical challenges while maintaining project quality, schedule, and budget.

Participate in client meetings, consultant coordination, and project presentations as needed. Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and support construction administration activities. Ensure projects meet applicable building codes, accessibility requirements, and client standards. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, design-focused studio environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. 5–10 years of architectural experience, with hospitality experience preferred. Proficiency in Revit and experience producing construction documents. Working knowledge of building codes, detailing, and construction practices. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred
