Civil Engineer Project Manager-Public Infrastructure Design Minimum Qualifications: BS in Civil Engineering PE in state where work is being performed 5 years of experience Experience in design for public water, wastewater, and storm sewer replacement projects, and pump station design. Ability to manage projects and staff Job Duties: Project management including guiding clients through all phases of project delivery (planning, scheduling, estimating, design, finance, and client management) Developing designing and peer review of project construction document plans and specifications Regulatory coordination, permitting and attending public agency review evening meetings Construction administration Supervision of technical staff All other duties as assigned
