Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 4pm to 10pm with no holiday shifts, providing you with a consistent and balanced work-life routine. The LPN will provide quality nursing care to our patients in Henrico County, VA, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to patients in their homes according to physician prescriptions and nursing care plans.

• Monitor patients’ health status and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician promptly.

• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

• Educate patients and their families regarding health management and care plans.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care effectively.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state of Virginia.

• Previous experience in home health care or related nursing field preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during home visits.

• Reliable transportation to travel within Henrico County, VA.

Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay of $32.00 - $37.00, paid bi-weekly.
