Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of 4-5 buyers, driving commercial performance. Manage daily operations and acquisition activities with a hands-on, strategic approach. Coach, evaluate, and develop team members to reach their full potential. Track KPIs and results, analyze performance, and report to senior management.
