Senior E-commerce Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end management of the digital platform, including own and 3rd party marketplaces Manage day-to-day operations on the digital platform, including product listing, pricing, promotions, and inventory management Assist in managing and executing digital marketing programs and e-commerce channels through online potential platforms Identify and explore new e-business opportunities, developing partnerships with online platforms and e-commerce portals Ensure product updates, content accuracy, and inventory management Create, develop, manage and implement the content for e-Shop platforms Track and report on e-commerce KPIs, including sales performance, conversion rates, site traffic, and customer retention metrics Use analytics tools to gain insights and make data-driven decisions to improve performance Plan and execute promotion strategies to maximize revenue across various e-commerce channels Monitor customer reviews and feedback to address concerns and improve satisfaction Must-Have Requirements Degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Communications/Business Studies/Sales and Marketing or related disciplines Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce at a managerial level Familiarity with SEO, SEM, CRO, and email marketing best practices Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua Strong cultural fit: able to work independently, make decisions without hand-holding, and take full ownership Nice-to-Have Requirements Experience in working on digital & e-Commerce/Sales & Marketing/Business development projects Japanese speaking and writing skills (significant advantage) Experience in the health, wellness, or fitness industry Background managing health applications or sport clothing e-commerce platforms Track record of proactively identifying and solving problems before they impact sales
