We are actively looking for full-time Family Connections Consultants (FCC) to provide a variety of services to support SAGE clients, including conducting home visits, completing assessments with the families engaged in services, and developing service plans pertaining to goals set by DCS. This is an in-person position, but allows for some remote duties.

This position allows for a flexible schedule, but must be available nights and weekends, as needed. SAGE has clients throughout the Phoenix Valley! Why join SAGE Counseling?
