Support Specialist

Title Support Specialist Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Support member to join our law office. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering exceptional legal support while managing various tasks within the Title department. Duties Requesting and reviewing Title reports and Title report updates Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records and case files.

Assist in legal drafting by preparing documents and correspondence as directed. Maintain organized files and documentation while also monitoring timeline requirements and deadlines Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with legal standards. Skills Ability to monitor deadlines and meet timeline requirements Prior experience in a Title related position is preferred but not required.

Keen attention to detail with data entry and document management systems. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
