Junior Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Junior Maintenance Technician to join our construction team. No previous work experience required. Core Responsibilities

• General carpentry duties, framing, drywall etc.
• Minor Plumbing and Electrical work
• Cabinet install; Painting; Minor HVAC repairs
• General handyman duties/repairs in apartments and at construction sites
• Treat residents with courtesy and respect; communicate problems to the Maintenance Manager and lead Property Manager
• Other duties as assigned; assist with renovations, new construction, commercial RE activities
• Assist with after hours calls Job Requirements
• Good written and verbal English
• Highly organized; problem solving; customer service
• Professional appearance; independent and team work
• Physically able: paint/clean, bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, lift 50 lbs
