Temporary Accounts Payable Associate (8-Week Assignment)

Temporary Accounts Payable Associate (8-Week Assignment) We’re seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Associate for an eight-week assignment. You’ll work closely with the AP associate at our corporate office as well as the AP Manager at our overseas shared services center.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily invoice processing completed by our overseas shared services team Monitor and resolve vendor, purchase order, invoice, and payment issues of varying urgency and complexity Enforce Accounts Payable policies and workflows Oversee weekly payment runs in coordination with Treasury Coordinate and complete month-end close, including subledger-to-GL reconciliations and accruals Manage employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit card activity through Chrome River Manage new vendor setup and vendor maintenance Qualifications: ERP proficiency required; Oracle JD Edwards preferred Experience with AP software preferred Strong accounting knowledge required; accounting degree preferred Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency Self-motivated, proactive, and well organized Professional and composed, with a strong commitment to integrity Strong written and verbal communication skills Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, onsite Proudly, Standard Textile has earned a title of US Best Managed Company for the sixth year running, an honor awarded by Deloitte Private and The Wall Street Journal, celebrating the exceptional achievements of American private companies and their management teams.
