As a Systems Engineer with focus on Optical Technology, you will play a key role in the technical development and integration of the OpSTAR mission: Collaborate with Architects and Subsystem Engineers on: Technical system budgets (pointing, electrical power, telemetry, command, mass properties, etc.) Satellite functional and performance chain (from customer requirement to verification) Definition of satellite configuration and management of internal/external interfaces (e.

g., space-to-space and space-to-ground optical interfaces, ground segment, test user segment) Support generation of AIT (Assembly, Integration, and Testing) and operations plans of the optical Payload and other parts Support satellite testing and review test results Define test specifications for system-level tests and verification Prepare and participate launch and flight phases, including launcher interface and operations data Contribute to technical risk management Coordinate (spacecraft) validation and verification on system level Flow down (mission) requirements to subsystem-level specifications Ensure compliance with technical requirements
