What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality care under the direction of a Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and treatment plans Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment Support excellent patient outcomes in a dynamic setting What It Takes Passion for patient care and education Strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment Commitment to professional growth Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Interest in developing leadership skills Education & Licensure Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program required Licensed or license-eligible PTA in the state of practice
