ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Seasonal Sales Stylist at Jaxen Grey, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience during one of our busiest seasons. You’ll help bring our brand to life by engaging with customers, providing personalized styling, and ensuring the sales floor remains welcoming, inspiring, and well-maintained.

You’ll work closely with store leadership and fellow team members to support daily operations, drive sales, and elevate the customer experience through attentive service, product knowledge, and a genuine passion for connecting with people.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE… Driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service Assisting customers at the register with friendliness and efficiency Maintaining visual standards by straightening merchandise, cleaning, and supporting floor and fixture changes Restocking product and keeping the sales floor neat, organized, and shoppable Contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment and promoting Jaxen Grey’s culture YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS POSITION IF YOU HAVE… Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to excel in a collaborative team environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting A quick-learning, adaptable mindset and openness to feedback Creativity and a natural eye for style The physical ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY...
