Land Use Planner

The Land Use Planner plays a critical role in supporting the successful deployment of wireless telecommunications and electric vehicle charging station (EVCS) infrastructure projects by managing the entitlement and permitting process from inception through approval. This position is responsible for securing zoning approvals, land use entitlements, and construction permits while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Working collaboratively with internal project teams, municipalities, consultants, and clients.
