Business Systems Implementation & Process Coordinator

As Quemic Africa continues to grow, we are creating a new position for a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Implementation & Process Coordinator to lead the implementation and ongoing ownership of several new business systems across the organisation. This is not an IT support role. We are looking for someone who can drive change, improve business processes, and ensure new platforms are successfully implemented and adopted throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of new business systems across the business. Take ownership of platforms such as Monday.com, Cin7 Core, Breezy HR , and other operational software. Work closely with management and department heads to understand business requirements and configure systems accordingly. Develop and improve workflows, automations, and standard operating procedures.

Coordinate data migration, testing, user training, and company-wide adoption. Act as the internal champion for all business systems, ensuring they remain effective, efficient, and aligned with company objectives. Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology and automation. Liaise with software vendors and implementation partners where required.

Requirements

Proven experience implementing business software within an existing organisation. Experience with one or more ERP, CRM, HR, project management, or workflow platforms. Strong understanding of business processes and systems integration. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels of the business.

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. A background in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related field will be advantageous. Experience with platforms such as Monday.com, Cin7 Core, Breezy HR, Xero , or similar solutions will be highly beneficial.
