You will translate complex infrastructure concepts into practical, engaging learning experiences that help customers confidently deploy, operate, and support Penguin Solutions technologies. We are looking for someone who is technically credible, comfortable leading a classroom or virtual session, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Deliver engaging technical training to customers through classroom sessions, live virtual instruction, webinars, and workshops. Translate complex Linux, infrastructure, HPC, AI, cloud, networking, virtualization, and container concepts into clear, practical learning experiences for technical audiences.

Build hands-on labs, demonstrations, exercises, assessments, certification content, and supporting technical documentation that reinforce real-world skills. Partner directly with engineers, product teams, subject matter experts, customers, and vendors/partners to identify learning needs and validate technical accuracy.

Own training projects from initial requirements through development and delivery, proactively managing priorities and moving work forward with limited day-to-day direction. Review and refresh existing training as products, technologies, and customer needs evolve. Gather learner feedback and training metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and use insights to improve course content and delivery.

Maintain current knowledge of Penguin Solutions offerings and relevant Linux, HPC, AI, cloud, virtualization, and container technologies.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to audiences with varying levels of expertise. Experience developing technical courseware, documentation, labs, assessments, or other learning content. A self-starter mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, prioritize effectively, and drive work to completion.

Working knowledge of Linux virtualization and container technologies such as KVM, Docker, and Kubernetes. Understanding of Linux networking, clustering, system architecture, and performance optimization. Exposure to High-Performance Computing (HPC), AI infrastructure, or cloud computing environments; direct experience is strongly preferred.
