00/hour. Schedule: Weekly Pay (Every Friday). Job Overview. We are currently hiring reliable Bilingual Dispatchers for a fast-paced warehouse environment in East Hartford, CT. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent placement after 480 hours worked.This is a hands-on role that combines dispatching duties with warehouse support.

Shift Details. Sunday – Saturday (schedule assigned). Start Time: 5:00 AM until end of shift. Must be available to work weekends. Responsibilities. Dispatch and track shipments using computer systems. Communicate with drivers and team members. Send emails and update shipment information. Assist with loading/unloading trucks.

Move pallets and operate a hand pump jack. Support daily warehouse operations as needed. RequirementsMUST be reliable with strong attendance. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Basic computer skills (Excel, email, dispatch systems). Ability to lift and move pallets. Experience with pallet jacks is a plus. Team player with a strong work ethic.
