Job description

Drive Quality Excellence Across Industrial Wood North EMEAI We are looking for an experienced Quality Excellence Manager to lead quality improvement initiatives across Sweden and Germany within our Industrial Wood business. If you are passionate about problem-solving, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer experience, we would love to hear from you.

Lead regional quality improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions. Monitor and improve key quality KPIs, including Complaint Rate, COPQ, and Resolution Days. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of quality data and reporting. Partner with customers to resolve complex quality challenges and strengthen relationships.

Support business growth initiatives, acquisitions, and technology transfer projects. Coach and support business and site teams on quality tools, systems, and best practices. Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Sales, Technical Service, and other cross-functional teams. Participate in regional and global quality projects.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in R&D, Quality, Operations functions. Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Quality Systems. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable results. Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience working directly with customers. Ability to work effectively in an international environment. Willingness to travel around 30% of your time Preferred Qualifications Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Experience with Minitab, Business Objects, or manufacturing quality systems.

International business and travel experience.
