• Thursday: 8am-6pm. 3 weeks per month Patient Volume: unknown Procedures: Outpatient clinic: approx 3 days per week (types of patients will be discussed during the interview). Supervising Stress Tests: approx 1 day per week. On-Call: 4p - 8a (as needed to fill in holes). Read Nuclear portion of a stress test
• (as needed to support the other providers who read NUCs - this is not a deal breaker if someone cannot read NUCs). Hospital Consult service rotation (this again will be ad hoc) EMR: EPIC License Needed: NY Certifications Needed: BC. AHA or RQI certs Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: Preferred > 5 years experience Other additional pertinent information: Board Certified to read Cardiac Imaging studies (to include Nuclear Stress tests - not a deal breaker if they can't read NUCs, this would be preferred by not required) The provider will be working in a solo practice, there is currently an APP in that location but she will be leaving at the end of September. Trauma Level: Adult III IV. Acute Care Hopsital
