Part-Time Remote Document Acquisition Specialist

Essential Responsibilities Request and obtain medical records and supporting documentation from healthcare facilities. Follow up on outstanding requests through email, phone, and internal systems. Track and update the status of document requests. Review received records for completeness and identify missing information.

Escalate unresolved issues to leadership as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and workflow notes. Meet established productivity and quality standards. Communicate professionally with clients, hospitals, and internal team members. Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer service, administrative, data entry, or healthcare-related experience. Familiarity with medical records or healthcare terminology. Experience working in a remote environment. Ability to work standard business hours as scheduled. The potential salary range for this role is $19,000.00 USD to $ 20,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
