Transfer Pricing Analyst

Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Transfer Pricing Analyst in Pune with 2-5 years of experience in transfer pricing and/or taxation to support the group's transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and planning activities. The role will involve partnering with tax, finance, business teams, and external advisors to ensure compliance with local TP regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Support preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files and supporting analyses. Collect and analyze financial and operational data for TP studies. Coordinate with finance and business teams on intercompany transaction data. Support implementation of transfer pricing policies and arm's length pricing.

Assist with intercompany agreements and year-end TP adjustments. Support transfer pricing audits, tax authority requests, and compliance activities. Participate in ad hoc tax and finance projects as required.

Qualifications

& Experience Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. CA or CS qualification preferred. Experience 2-5 years of experience in transfer pricing, taxation, or tax advisory within a multinational company, consulting firm, or accounting practice.

Technical Skills Strong financial analysis skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. Personal Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
